摘要
采用数值计算方法研究了轴流式水轮机流道内部三维粘性流动特性。计算模型建立在雷诺平均Navier_Stokes方程基础上 ,采用RNGk -ε紊流模型 ,该紊流模型在比较宽的运行范围内都能得到相当精确的计算结果 ,并且计算所得转轮能量特性和实际转轮运行结果相当吻合。在流场计算的基础上 ,利用压力、速度矢量分布图等处理手段显示内部流场 ,分析在不同工况下流道的内部流态 ,研究轴流式水轮机流道内部的流动规律 。
By means of numerical computation,the research of the3D viscous flow characteristics in the passage of axial flowhydraulic turbine are carried out.Based on Reynolds averaged Navier_stokes equations,the RNG k-εmodel is used,which can get a considerable computational result in a great range,and the result of the computational energy performances of turbine will agree with the real performances of turbine.On the basis of computing pressure distribution and velocity distribution,the inner flowfield in the passage under different operations was analysed,in order to find the flowrule in the passage of axial flowhydraulic turbine.
