摘要
在一个直径 2 0mm ,高 4 5 0mm小型热态流化床燃烧试验台上 ,进行了不同运行参数对油页岩流化床燃烧过程中N2 O排放特性影响的试验研究。试验研究表明 ,提高燃烧温度、降低过量空气系数、提高循环倍率和进行炉内石灰石脱硫等可以降低N2 O的生成量 ,为油页岩循环流化床锅炉的设计与运行提供了基础数据。
On a small-sized (diameter 20mm and height 450mm) thermal-state fluidized bed combustion test rig an experimental investigation was carried out to ascertain the impact of different operating parameters on N_2O emission characteristics during the operation of a oil shale-fired fluidized bed boiler. The investigation results indicate that an increase in combustion temperature and circulation ratio, a decrease in excess air factor and the desulfurization of in-boiler limestone, etc can be conducive to decreasing N_2O generation quantity. The above finding has provided essential basic data for the design and operation of oil shale-fired circulating fluidized bed boilers.
