摘要
航空仪表微型扭杆的性能好坏直接影响到导航和定位精度,因此扭杆性能的高精度检测十分重要。本文详细阐述了自行研制的一套微型扭杆高精度刚度测量仪的结构原理及关键技术,并且应用有限元仿真分析技术,基于MSC/Patran/Nastran软件,对测量工况进行了模拟分析。
The performance of microtorsion lever of aircraft instrument directly affect the guidance and positioning precision,so the high precision measuring of torsion lever performance is very important. For microtorsion lever,the structure principle and key technology of highaccuracy rigidometer were related in detail;with finite element simulation technology based on MSC/Patran/Nastran,the measuring work condition was simulated and analyzed.At last, the rigidity value acquired by FEM analysis is compared with measuring ones and theoretical value,the results meet each other well,confirming the design rationality and reliability of the rigidometer.
