摘要
绞纱丝光机采用液压张力机构、碱槽升降机构、压辊机构,水槽拖动机构采用变频调速电机驱动,控制系统用工控机及可编程控制器等组成,使设备提高了档次,其主要的性能指标和工艺能力都得到了较大的提高。
This article introduces the mechanical structure and control system of a new hank yarn mercerizing machine we designed. This new modle uses hydraulic hank yarn stretching device to increase total tension to 500kN. It uses PLC and industial computer to extends its processing ability.
