摘要
我们已研制成功几种快速渗氮新工艺,为了探讨新工艺的适用范围,针对38CrMoAlA、42CrMo、35CrMo、40Cr、50Cr、20CrMnTi、30CrMnTi,新快速渗氮钢23Mn3V2Al,美国钢种1E1181,1E509及球铁QT60—2等材料,进行了快速渗氮效果试验,在此基础上着重分析了合金元素在快速渗氮中的行为。
New efficient quick-nitriding processes C-TS, PS-P and DB have been deleloped successfully. In order to find out the proper application ranges of the new processes, the effects of the new quick-nitriding processes on 38CrMoAlA, 42CrMo, 35CrMo, 40Cr ,50Cr, 20CrMnTi ,30CrMnTi ,23Mn3V2Al (new steel for quick-nitriding), 1El181,1E509?American steel)and QT60-2 (nodular cast iron) have been studied with the focus on the behavior of alloy elements in quick-nitriding
