摘要 维生素E在预防和治疗活性氧自由基穴reactiveoxygenspecies熏ROS雪诱导的DNA损伤、染色体畸变、DNA加合物和微核形成、细胞凋亡,维护细胞DNA稳定等方面具有重要作用,并可作为抗氧化营养素用于人群的干预。尽管许多研究表明,维生素E对DNA稳定有明显保护作用,但也有一些研究显示,无论在体内还是在体外,维生素E均无此作用。 This review summarize the role of vitamin E in reactive oxygen species(ROS )-induced DNA damage,chromosomal aberration,DNA adducts and micronucleus form ation,cell apoptosis,DNA repair,DNA damage-induced gene expression and antiox idant intervention studies in humans.Although some studies suggested a potentia l usefulness of vitamin E in maintaining DNA stability,other studies report no effects in vitro or in vivo studies.
