棉花叶绿素荧光诱导动力学参数遗传特性的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Genetics Characteristics of Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameter of Cotton Leaves

本文对10个棉花杂交种F1及其亲本叶绿素荧光诱导动力学参数遗传特性进行了研究,结果表明Fv/Fo的杂种优势 较为普遍,而且超亲优势明显;Fv/Fm及量子产量杂种优势不普遍,超亲优势不明显。

The chlorophyll fluorescence parameter genetic characteristics of 10 cotton F1 and their parents' leaves were studied. The results indicated that the heterosis of Fv/Fo was universal and the over-parent heterosis was obvious, but the heterosis of Fv/Fm and the yield was individual, and also the over-parent heterosis was unobvious.
