摘要
以水稻温敏型、光敏型及光温互作型光、温敏核不育系为材料,在短日和低温的自然条件下进行人工辅助赶粉繁殖试 验。结果表明人工辅助赶粉是大幅度提高光、温敏核不育系繁殖产量的有效措施。在供试材料的繁殖后代中抽样,也没有发 现不育起点温度高的单株,该技术值得提倡应用。
The effect of supplementary pollination on 6 P(T)GMS lines (photo-or thermo-sensitive genic male sterility) was studied under short day length and low temperature condition. The results revealed that supplementary pollination greatly increased the selfed seeds setting rates and multiplication yields of P(T)GMS lines. This method was suggested to be utilized in later P(T)GMS lines multiplication.
