探讨HBV感染者血清中HBVM、HBV -DNA、HBVpreS1-Ag及HBVpreS2 -Ag的相关性及其意义。采用ELISA法检测HBVM、HBVpreS1抗原和HBVpreS2 抗原 ,FQ -PCR定量检测HBV -DNA。HBeAg与HBVpreS1抗原、HBVpreS2 抗原、HBV -DNA在HBV感染者血清中具有良好的平行关系 ,其阴 /阳性符合率均高于 73 1%。HBV -DNA、HBVpreS1抗原、HBVpreS2 抗原之间均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。HBeAg、HBV -DNA、HBVpreS1抗原、HBVpreS2抗原之间高度相关。HBVpreS1抗原和HBVpreS2 抗原较HBeAg敏感。应用HBVpreS1抗原、HBVpreS2 抗原、HBV -DNA及HBVM同时进行联合检测 ,对HBV感染的早期诊断 ,了解HBV复制、转归 ,更确切地掌握病情的发生。

Contents of HBV-DNA were determined by fluorescence quantitative-PCR technique and HBVM?HBVpreS 1 antigen?HBVpreS 2 antigen by ELISA in 100 serum samples. There was a good parallel relationship that HBeAg compared with HBVpreS 1 antigen?HBVpreS 2 antigen and HBV-DNA respectively, and their positive/negative match rates all were higher than 73.1%. It was no significant difference among HBV-DNA?HBVpreS 1 antigen and HBVpreS 2 antigen. They had high close relationships among HBeAg?HBV-DNA?HBVpreS 1 antigen and HBVpreS 2antigen. HBVpreS 1 antigen and HBVpreS 2 antigen were more sensitive than HBeAg. It is very important to diagnose premier infection of HBV, to investigate the situation of reproduction and transition of HBV, and to master attack and development of hepatitis and observe the effect and prognosis of hepatitis more accurately by testing HBVpreS 1 antigen?HBVpreS 2 antigen?HBV-DNA and HBVM together.
