摘要
用超声疲劳试验方法(频率为20kHz)测定40Cr钢在105~1010周次范围内的疲劳寿命(S N)曲线。结果表明,40Cr钢的疲劳寿命(S N)曲线在105~1010周次范围内始终保持下降趋势,在106周次以上没有水平段。超高频疲劳载荷下的S N曲线同样能用Basquin关系式描述。与常规频率下的疲劳性能相比,高频载荷下的疲劳强度增加。20kHz循环载荷下,40Cr钢107周次的疲劳强度为443MPa,1010周次时为235MPa。
The stress-cycle (S-N) curve of 40Cr steel between 10~6 and 10^(10) cycles were tested by ultrasonic fatigue method at a frequency of 20kHz. The results showed that the stress-cycle (S-N) curve of 40Cr steel decreased with increasing number of cycles between 10~6-10^(10)cycles. It was found that the stress-cycle (S-N) curve generally exhibited no plateau beyond 10~6 cycles. In comparison with conventional fatigue testing, high frequency loading raised the fatigue strength of 40Cr. Under 20kHz high frequency loading, fatigue strength of 40Cr steel at 10~7 cycles was found to be 443 MPa, and at 10~910) cycles to be 235MPa.
