摘要
以天然粉石英为骨料,硅质粘土为基础料,用有机泡沫浸渍法制备了石英网眼多孔陶瓷,探讨了烧成温度对其物相组成、显微结构、力学性能的影响。结果表明,在1300~1420℃范围内随烧成温度的升高,材料物相组成中石英含量依次降低,莫来石则增加;材料孔筋微气孔会逐渐减少,致密度不断提高,至1360℃微气孔已经很少,材料非常致密;对粉石英与基础料3∶7的配方在1300~1360℃范围内,提高烧成温度,力学性能会明显提高。
Natural silica and clay were chosen as starting materials. And a polymer method was applied to prepare porous silica ceramics. The effects of sintering temperature on phase, microstructure and compressive strength was discussed. When the sintering temperature changed from 1 300℃ to 1 420℃, the silica content in samples decreased and the mullite content increased. The sample sintered at 1 360℃ had few pores and its compressive strength increased up to 1.54MPa.
