包头稀土精矿高温焙烧及酸溶试验研究

Baotou rare earth concentrate high-temperature calcinations and acid leach experiment

为了进一步降低生产成本,提高产率,提出了包头市稀土精矿高温焙烧、酸溶工艺.该工艺铈浸出率为61%左右 ,稀土浸出率 6 1%～ 6 8% ,稀土收率均大于 98% ,浓硫酸耗量为 1 313t/t 精矿 .

In order to reduce production cost further,increase production rate,an exhaustive study on all the relevant data of Baotou rare earth concentrate's high temperature calcinations condition and sulphuric acid's acid leaching condition is made.The result shows that cerium leaching rate is about 61%;rare earth leaching rate is 61%～68%.Rare earth yield is above 98%,heavy H_2SO_4 consumption is 1.313 t/t(concentrate).
