摘要
"农民"与"村民"是两个既有区别,又有联系的概念,在制定政策和进行理论研究时要正确区分。要避免使用"乡村人口=农民=村民"的模式,以增加公共政策和理论研究的严肃性和针对性。
There is different and contact between villagers and peasants. We should differ correctly the two concepts when we make policy and study theory. We should avoid to use the mode of village population=peasants=villagers, to increase serious nature and nature being directed against of public policy and theory study.
