摘要
采用煤油做连续相,以MOA-3和OP-10为复合乳化剂,过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂引发体系,进行丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸钠(SA)的反相微乳液共聚合反应,在单体浓度为55%~65%,引发剂浓度在0.1‰~0.4‰,乳化剂的浓度在20%~35%,聚合温度在30°C的条件下,在低转化率情况下得到了共聚合反应动力学方程近似为:RP∝[M]2.41[I]0.23[E]0.87;并考察了温度对聚合速率的影响,计算得到反应活化能为35.69kJ/mol。
The inverse microemulsion copolymerization of acrylamide and sodium acrylate was investigated, when kerosene continuous phase, MOA-3 and OP-10 composite emulsifier and K2S2O8-NaHSO3 redox initiator were used. The concentration of monomer, initiator and emulsifier are 55%~65%, 0.1‰~0.4‰ and 20%~35% respectively, the polymerization temperature is 30°C. The kinnetic equation of the polymerization can be exprreessed:RP∝[M]~2.41[I]~0.23[E]~0.87; The polymerization activation energy are 35.69 kJ/mol.
