摘要 介绍了研制的一种球轴承振动和异音的在线自动检测分选系统,详尽地描述了其自动检测机构和控制系统的结构及功能。设备能配置在球轴承装配生产线上检测轴承的振动,并按测得的振动参数值,如振动的均方根值、峰值、峰值因子和峭度,将已测轴承分为4个等级。经实际应用,系统的检测节拍≤5 s/件,测量的示值稳定性为±1.0 dB,满足了轴承在线自动检测分选的要求。 An on-line automatic test system based on virtual instrument for testing and grouping ball bearings according to their vibrations and abnormal sounds is introduced.The structures and functions of its automatic testing mechanics and control system are described in detail.The system could join up with a bearing assembly line to test vibrations of assembled bearings and group the tested bearings into four grades by measured values of vibration parameters such as root mean square value,peak value, creast factor and kurto-sis.The system has been used in site with test time up to ≤5 seconds per a bearing and stability of indication values between+1.0 dB, so that it could meet the requirements for online automatic testing and grouping ball bearings.
