基于虚拟仪器的钢杆裂纹定量检测系统

摘要 介绍钢材表面裂纹缺陷的定量检测原理,设计了基于虚拟仪器的钢杆裂纹定量检测系统,详细分析了基于LabVIEW开发平台的数据采集以及数据分析的实现方法,并对钢杆表面横向裂纹缺陷进行模拟实验,初步建立数学模型,通过评判Vpp得到反映裂纹状况的定量检测结果,从而验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,并得出相关的结论。 Quantitative testing principle of cracks defect on steels based on virtual instruments is presented.Quantitative testing system for crack defect on steels surface based on Virtual instruments is designed The approach on realizing data acquistion and data analysis based on LabVIEW is analyzed in detail,and simulation experiments are done Mathematical model is built The Quantitative testing result to reflect on condition of crack can be acquired by Quantitative analysis the signal peak-peak value.Experiment results has proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, and relative conclusion is obtained.
