摘要
对猪血、鸡粪废弃物的蛋白质进行开发再利用,通过在一定温度、湿度、pH的条件下对鸡粪采用类人工瘤胃发酵方式以改变其营养价值,增强适口性并与防腐、除嗅处理后的猪血及小量玉米相混合制成富含蛋白质、铁、锌等微量元素的动物饲料。
The treatment process of protein from pig blood and chicken muck wastes have been studied. The influences of temperature, humidity and pH value on the fermentation of chicken muck and the deodovization of pig blood have been investigated. The protein products from chicken muck and pig blood can be mixed with some corn to produce a new animal feed which is rich in protein, iron, zinc and etc.
