摘要
用N-乙基咔唑合成N-乙基-3-咔唑甲醛,在吡啶介质中以六氢吡啶为缩合剂,通过N-乙基-3-咔唑甲醛与丙二酸的Knoevenagel缩合反应合成N-乙基-3-咔唑丙烯酸,并对影响产率的因素进行了研究。结果表明,当n(N-乙基-3-咔唑甲醛)∶n(丙二酸)∶n(吡啶)∶n(六氢吡啶)=1.0000∶3.0000∶2.0000∶0.0015时,在105℃下反应2h,N-乙基-3-咔唑丙烯酸的产率为85%,纯度为99.45%。
N-Ethyl-carbazolylformaldehyde was synthesized from N-ethyl-carbazole. N-ethyl-3-carbazolylacrylic was synthesized from N-ethyl-carbazolylformaldehyde and malonic acid in pyridine by Knoevenagel condensation reaction using piperidine as condensation agent. The factors influencing the product yield were studied. When n(N-ethyl-carbazolylformaldehyde)∶n(malonic acid)∶n(pyridine)∶n(piperidine)=1.0000∶3.0000∶2.00000∶0.0015 and the reaction was carried out for at 105 ℃ 2 h, the yield of N-ethyl-3-carbazolylacrylic was 85% and purity was 99.45%.
