均恒磁场作用下AZ61镁合金的凝固组织 被引量:6

摘要 通过试验研究均恒磁场作用下镁合金AZ61的凝固过程及其组织,发现在施加均恒磁场后镁合金的微观组织发生明显变化,晶界减薄,溶质元素含量在晶内显著增加,而在晶界处略有下降。 In the experiment the process of solidifying and the microstructure of magnesium under the effect of homogeneous magnetic field was studied.Some phenomena were found that the microstructures of magnesium alloy were changed obviously:thick ness of grain boundary was reduced,the content of solute in the grain was incr eased apparently and reduced slightly in the grain boundary.
