火花点火式煤层气发动机的起动点火试验研究

摘要 由于世界石油资源的逐渐枯竭和排放法规的日益严格 ,使得代用燃料发动机在全世界得到广泛的应用和发展。本文介绍了火花点火式变组分煤层气发动机的主要设计过程 ,分析了此类型发动机在改制过程中应注意的几个问题。通过发动机台架试验 ,对该发动机的起动着火性能进行了分析 。 Alternative fuel engines have been widely developed in the world due to the decrease of oil resources and the strictness of exhaust regulations. This paper introduces the main processes of designing the spark-ignited engine fuelled with coal-bed gas with changing components, and analyzes a number of problems that should be noticed in the processes of designing the engines. As an example, the characteristics of a coal-bed gas engine converted from a S195 diesel engine are introduced, and the performances of the starting of the coal-bed gas engine are discussed based on the results of the bench tests. And some significant conclusions were got.
