摘要
利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)制备了Ti/HA复合材料,研究了不同配比的Ti/HA复合材料的显微组织、致密度及pH值,并进行了生物溶血试验。结果表明:经颗粒表面钝化处理后,50%Ti-50%HA复合材料的相对密度由73%提高到94.4%,pH值保持中性,溶血试验指标为4%,符合生物材料的应用要求。
Ti/HA composites were manufactured by spark plasma sintering (SPS). The microstructure, density and the pH value for Ti/HA samples with different proportions were studied. The biological hemolytic experiment was done. The result indicates that when the particles are passivated before sintering the relative density of the 50%Ti-50%HA composite increases from 73% to 94.4%, the pH value remains neutral and the biological hemolytic experiment index is 4%, which meets the application demand of bioactivity materials.
