摘要
对2003年3月至5月份邯钢1#高炉由于原燃料发生变化、炉型不规则、操作制度没有及时有效调整引起炉况恶化并结瘤进行了分析,提出高炉操作制度必须与冶炼条件相适应,对炉况失常要早判断早调整等措施。
It is analyzed the furnace condition getting worse and scaffolding occurred in 1# blast furnace of Han Steel from March to May of 2003 caused by change of raw material and fuel, irregular furnace lines and no in-time effective adjustment of operation system. It is pointed out that blast furnace operation system must suit with the smelting condition and the irregular situation of furnace be judged and adjusted as soon as possible.
