摘要
介绍了邯钢线材厂的集体传动连轧机组孔型的设计方法,通过建立椭圆—圆孔型系统的数学模型,成功地设计出一套适合邯钢线材厂120mm×120mm方坯与150mm×150mm方坯交叉轧制的孔型系统,取得了良好效果。
The design of ellipse-circle pass for collective-drive tandem rolling unit in Wire Rod Plant of Han Steel is introduced. By setting up its mathematical model one set of pass for alternative rolling of 120mm×120mm and 150mm×150mm square billet is designed and good effect got.
