摘要
介绍了一种新的螺旋钢二切分孔型系统。借助有限元分析软件模拟计算了两种不同孔型系统轧件的变形与轧制压力,分析表明,改进的孔型系统较原孔型系统更为合适。
A new pass system is introduced in this paper. With the aide of FE software, metal deformation and rolling force of two different pass systems are simulated, the results indicate that the new pass system is more proper than the current widely used system.
