摘要
对三维非轴对称旋压成形用旋轮组的结构进行了分析,着重分析了旋轮形状与被加工零件的斜面角度和旋轮形状与轴承受力情况之间的关系,在此基础上设计出具有最佳承载能力和寿命的旋轮组结构。
The Structure of the roller apparatus of the 3D Non-Axisymmetric thin-walled hollow parts spinning is analyzed in this paper. It mainly focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the roller shape and the angle of the inclined plane of the formed part, and the relationship between the roller shape and the forces on the bearings. Based on this analysis, the structure of the roller apparatus with the optimal load bearing capacity and the using life is designed.
