摘要
本文进行了掺ZnO,快烧波特兰水泥熟料的易烧性研究,提出了动力学模型,得到了熟料形成反应的动力学方程及活化能.研究表明:快烧条件下,掺加少量ZnO即可较大地改善易烧性;熟料形成的动力学机制由扩散控制,满足Ginstling—Brunshtein方程;掺ZnO1.5%使熟料形成活化能从不掺ZnO的124.59KJ/mol降至52.12KJ/mol,降低了58.17%.
In this paper,effect of ZnO-doped on the durnability of Portland Cement clinker has been studied. A kinetic model and a dynamic equation and activation energy for the clinker formation has been acquired. It has been shown that the burnability of a raw meal has been remarkably improved when a suitable content of ZnO -doped is used in rapid heating-up bubning. When 1. 5%ZnO added, the activation energy of clinker formation is reduced from 124. 59KJ/mol(0%Zoo) to 52.12KJ/mol, decreasing by 139.04%.
