小型医院门诊及住院管理系统的设计与实现

根据国内现有的小型医院信息管理系统(HIS)的实际需求,研制了易于实现、系统化、可扩展的医院信息管理系统的2个主要子系统———门诊管理系统及住院管理系统,提出了系统设计的6个基本原则,详细介绍了4大功能模块和13个子功能模块,阐述了利用Delphi开发本系统的过程以及和ACCESS数据库无缝连接的设计方法,使医疗门诊和住院业务流程实现了电子化,达到协同、高效的目标.

On the analysis of the actual demand of small-scale Hospital Information System(HIS) in China, application for minihospital outpatient and hospitalization information management system is put forward.The feature is practical and systematical. According to the development goal, the six basic principles of system design, the specific function of four primary modules and thirteen sub-modules are described. The process of developing this system with Delphi language and the method of access to Database are also discussed. As a result the electronization and high efficiency of the workflow of Outpatient and Hospitalization System are attained.
