采用转炉吹炼粗银粉工艺提高银产品质量

摘要 铜阳极泥经亚钠分银生产的粗银粉中Bi、Te、Pb、Sb等杂质含量较高,用湿法工艺难将这些杂质与主金属分离,影响电银产品质量,粗银粉采用转炉吹炼-电解生产工艺,除杂效果理想,电银产品质量稳定提高,获得了较好的技术经济指标。 Crude silver powder produced from the processing of copper anode mud has a relatively high contents of Bi, Te, Pb, Sb, etc., impurities that count. It is not ideal that some wet process had been trially used. At length, the process of converter smelting - electrolytical refining has been used to eliminate impurities; thereby obviously improve silver product quality and attain better techno - economic indexes.
