摘要
从经济分析的基本原理出发,对扩建水电站新、老电厂联合运行的总发电量在新、老电厂之间的分摊方法进行了初步研究;以资产重置—折旧为基础,提出了5种单因素与多因素分摊方法。以陕南某水电站为例进行分析计算,得出了各种分摊方法的新、老电厂发电量分摊比例。结果表明,多因素分摊法的结果较为合理。
The enlargement (new plant) of hydropower plant is often run by the limited-liability company in recent years, but the management model of original part (old plant) keeps no change. So it is common that there are two management systems with in one hydropower plant. In order to generate energy as much as possible, combined optimal operation is taken, and the financial benefits and profits and losses of old and new plants are directly depend on the distribution proportion of total power production. Since the distribution proportion is affected by many different factors, there are few methods available to determine it. Preliminary study was carried out in this paper, and several methods with single factor or multi-factors were proposed. Finally, these methods were applied to a hydropower plant on Hanjiang river in South Shaanxi, and the results are satisfactory.
