抽水、蓄水(蓄能)在流域开发中的应用研究

Research on Utilities of Pumping and Pumped Storage in Valley Exploitation

针对当前流域规划和开发中水资源不能得到充分利用的问题,阐述了抽水、蓄水(蓄能)与流域开发相结合的开发思路;结合沅水实际情况,提出了在沅水流域建设蓄水水库的初步方案,并进行了效益分析。结果表明,这一方案可以有效提高水资源利用率,取得很好的防洪和发电效益。

The paper analyzes problems of water resource utilities in valley programming and exploring,and points out the thought which combines pumping and pumped storage with valley exploitation.And according to the situation of the Yuanshui River,the paper designs a scheme which constructs reservoirs in the valley,and analyzes its benefit.The result indicates that the scheme can raise water resource utilization rate quite a lot, obtains obvious benifits in flood controlling and electricity generating,and can be referred in other valley exploitations.
