摘要
参窝水库汛限水位与正常蓄水位相差10.4m,严重影响水库兴利效益的发挥。结合水库的实际情况,文章阐述运用库群补偿防洪调度的理论,使参窝水库的汛限水位得到补偿抬高,并分析由此产生的供水效益和发电效益。
There is a difference of 10.4 m between limiting water level in flood period and normal storage level in Shenwo reservoir it affects seriously the reservoir benefit. The paper explains the rising of limiting water level in flood period by compensating flood control operation theory, analyses its supply water benefit and generation power benefit.
