摘要
对水流的接近工业规模的悬挂式自液封降液管进行了扼流试验。每个降液管宽度均为80mm,液流堰长分别为600, 550, 500, 450, 400, 350, 300mm。对扼流现象发生前后的堰上液高与溢流强度的关系分别测定并进行了关联,对预测临界溢流强度的经验公式作了修正。实验结果表明,前人所预测的临界溢流强度值偏高,在尚未达到临界值时就已发生扼流现象。
The chocking experiments of an approximating industrial scale pendant water downcomer was performed. The width of downcomer is 80 mm, and weir length is 600, 550, 450, 400, 350, 300 mm, respectively. The liquid heads over the weir before and after chocking phenomenon occurs were correlated with the liquid loading of weir and the previous empirical formula for downcomer choking in literature was modified. It shows that the value of critical liquid-loading intensity according to previous work is on the high side, and it will lead to choking occurrence before the liquid-loading attaining to that value.
