摘要
房地产品牌是无形资产,是建立在房地产物业自身质量和开发商信誉基础之上的。商机来自信誉,信誉源于品牌。在当前房地产业发展中,开发商如何打造自己的品牌、建立企业诚信,并树立企业形象,在激烈的市场竞争中怎样才能赢得商机,都是值得我们去研究、探讨的课题。
The brand of real estate is an invisible asset, which is based on the quality of the real estate and the enterprise's prestige. Business opportunity comes from prestige while prestige originates from brand name. In the housing development, how to mould their own brand names, how to establish their prestige and how to acquire business opportunities in the stiff market competition are the subjects for us to study.
