从系统学视角对高校合并问题进行理性的思考:从系统与环境的关系看高校合并的必要性;从系统要素与结构的调整看高校合并中要素与结构的重组;从系统的分解与协调看高校合并目标的实现途径;从系统组织化层次划分看高校合并中组织运行的侧重点;从系统组织化的非完全整合看高校合并功能发挥的有限性。

From the angle of systematics, the paper ponders in a reasonable way over the issues concerning college blending. 1) the necessity of blending in the relation between the system and environment;2) the restructuring of elements and structures with regard to the readjustment;3) the ways for realization of blending from the angle of system division and condition;4) the emphasis on organization operation in view of the level of the system ;5) the limitation of function for blending regarding the incomplete integrity of the system.
