摘要
教育传导能力是教师职业专业化发展自身内在构成因素的重要内容,师范院校在教师职前培训中应该重点塑造师范生的教育传导能力。一是要重视教育理论的学习,确立师范理念;二是修习教师基本技能和技巧,多学科、立体、交叉全方面渗透;三是加强教学实践环节,创造条件提供实践锻炼的平台。
The instructional function of education constitutes the development of teaching vocation.It is therefore argued in this paper that the training of normal college students should be focused on the instructional function.This can be illustrated in the following:a)Putting emphasis on educational theory and teaching ideology;b)acquainting students with teaching skills and basic abilities;and c)doing a good job in teaching practice and offering opportunities for probation.
