摘要
土地利用变化已成为当今经济社会中最活跃和最普遍的现象,是土地利用类型从低生态位向高生态位转变的自组织行为。对不同层次土地利用经济生态位进行调控,才能实现土地的持续利用。本文在生态位理论和系统边界理论的基础上,运用土地利用经济生态位模型,定量分析了重庆市土地利用类型间相互作用的强度。研究表明,重庆市农用地与非农用地经济生态位差较大,经济发展和城市化进程更加剧了建设用地占用农用地的速度和强度。同时,从经济生态位的角度探讨了持续土地利用的方法。
Landuse change has became the most active and common phenomenon in current eco-society and is a self-organized behavior of conversion from low niche level to high level. Under the control and concordance with landuse economic niche in different levels, the sustainable use will be turned into reality. On the basis of niche theory and the system boundary theory, in this paper we apply the model of landuse economic niche to quantitatively analyzing interactive intensities of landuse types in Chongqing City. The study shows that there is a different niche between non-agricultural and agricultural land, and economic development and urbanization process make the speed and intension of constructive land engrossing agricultural land fast. At same time, we discuss the approach of the sustainable land use from the economic niche.
