摘要
将可靠性设计与优化设计理论有机结合起来 ,在对球磨机齿轮传动进行了可靠性分析的基础上 ,建立了球磨机齿轮传动的可靠性优化设计的数学模型 ,并对球磨机齿轮传动进行了分析计算。
The paper bulits the mathematical models of the reliable and optimum design of the gear transmission of the ball mills by changing the design variables to random variables of the gear transmission,and the reliability is the constrained factor.The aim of optimization is the smallest volume of the gear transmission.This way turned out to be very practicable.
