确定船舶机械设备重要度等级的简易算法

A simple method to determine the importance degree of ship machinery

针对船舶工程设计中设备重要度的分配问题,提出了用必要性、故障度、影响度、被影响度等4个因素确定重要度,并且针对工程实际提出了一个简单的方法计算上述4个因素,而不是现在流行的模糊数学等算法,容易为工程技术人员所掌握.最后根据上述原则,又提出了一个如何确定设备重要度等级分类的方法.

The reliability distribution of ship machinery is one of the research items in calculation and research of ship engineering. The key of this research is to distribute the reliability based on the importance degree of ship machinery. The factors to affect the importance degree is analyzed in this paper using the necessity,failure degree,influence degree,influenced degree, and a new method is studied to determine the importance degree of ship machinery based on the characters of ship machinery.
