摘要
采用自组装技术制备了OTS/MPS和MPS/OTS复合自组装分子膜,在原子力/摩擦力显微镜上对薄膜的摩擦特性进行了测试.结果表明,OTS/MPS复合自组装分子膜的摩擦力随着载荷和滑动速度的增加而基本保持不变;MPS/OTS复合自组装分子膜的摩擦力随着载荷的增加而保持不变,随着滑动速度的增大而增大.OTS/MPS复合自组装分子膜既保持了一定的键合强度,又增加了自组装分子的流动性,使摩擦力显著降低.
OTS/MPS and MPS/OTS composite SAMs are prepared by self-assembled technique. The friction characteristics of composite SAMs are measured by AFM/FFM. The results indicate that the friction forces keep constant with load and sliding velocity increasing for OTS/MPS composite SAMs. The friction forces keep invariable with load increasing and the friction forces increase with sliding velocity increasing for MPS/OTS composite SAMs. The friction forces of OTS/MPS composite SAMs decrease markedly by maintaining enough bonding strength and increasing the mobility of self-assembled molecules.
