Hodgkin-Huxley神经元系统的随机动力学研究

摘要 真实的神经元是处在一个充满噪声的复杂生物环境之中 .这些内噪声对单个神经元动作电位发放的影响是当前热点之一 .针对神经生物学中的 Hodgkin-Huxley方程描述这一经典的理论模型 ,将其转化为随机微分方程形式 ,利用随机路径分析方法探讨了内噪声对神经元动作电位发放动力学过程的作用 .理论结果表明 ,内噪声存在时动作电位的发放形式偏离无噪声时的概率很小 .初步认为内噪声对动作电位发放过程的影响可以忽略 。 In the neural systems,neurons are always located in a complex and noisy environment.We studied the noisy effect on the spiking behavior of the neuron with the representation of stochastic differential equation from the Hodgkin-Huxley model.Comparing with the case of no noise,it is found that the deviation possibility is trivial.It is conjectured that there is intrinsic robustness in the spiking behavior of the membrane potential.
