摘要 为简化湿度仪的标定工作,研制可作为二级湿度标准仪器的湿度发生器.采用分流法制备混合气体的原理,仪器中引入微机控制系统,实现自动温度控制、信号处理、显示、打印等功能.该仪器输出气体湿度稳定,可任意设定输出湿度值,并能显示、打印输出气体露点温度和相对湿度等参数.该仪器满足二级湿度标准仪器的功能指标要求,集湿度源和标准湿度仪为一体,可单独作为二级标准湿度仪使用. A humidity generator that can be used as a second class regulator of standard humidity is developed. It simplifies the process in the demarcation of humidity instruments. The principle of doubleflow is introduced in the preparation of mixed gases. Microcomputer control system is embedded in the instrument to render automatic control in temperature, signal processing, data display and printing. Outgoing gas from the instrument is stable, in humidity and its value can be set at will, while the dew point temperature as well as relative humidity of the gas can be displayed and printed out. The instrument developed comes up to all indices of grade2 standard humidity. Humidity supply and standard humidity instrument are integrated, and it can be made use of as a grade2 standard in humidity by itself.
