This paper describes calculation formulas for reliability indexes of gas turbine and combined-cycle generating units. The calculation formulas for 24 general reliability indexes and 4 especial reliability indexes are given together with statistical results for reliability indexes of gas turbines and combined-cycle generating units. The calculation formulas of reliability indexes may be used to provide a scientific basis for reliability technology research and reliability assessment of gas turbines and combined-cycle generating units.
