摘要 介绍了安阳钢铁股份有限公司Φ130mm机组微张力减径机的传动原理、生产工艺及轧制过程、自动控制系统的构成及其原理。同时对系统软件的设计思想、程序组成、硬件结构进行了阐述,并简述了系统的功能特点。根据运行中出现的问题,对系统硬件进行了改进,对软件进行了优化,使整个系统趋于完善。1年来的生产运行证明,该系统稳定可靠。 The drive principle, production technology and rolling process, automation system constitution and principle, of the mini-stretch reducing mill of Φ130mm complex in Anyang Iron && Steel Stock Corp., Ltd. are described. The design concept of the system software, the program constitution, the hardware structure as well as the system function features are clarified. The system hardware is innovated and the software system is optimized based on the problems occurred in operation so that the whole system is perfected. The system has been operating stably and reliably for one year.
