日粮不同的钙磷含量和钙磷比对生长阶段比格犬血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨生长阶段比格犬日粮钙磷含量和钙磷比对其血清生化指标的影响。方法 采用完全随机化设计方案 ,安排 2 8只 (雌雄各半 )生长阶段的比格犬到 7个处理组中 ,进行饲养试验。试验日粮钙磷比例的水平为 0 4∶1、1 2∶1和 3 6∶1。试验结束时 ,采试犬前腿静脉血测血清钙、磷、肌酐、总蛋白、白蛋白的浓度和碱性磷酸酶活性。结果 血清钙浓度在日粮钙磷比例高组较显著高于低组 ,随日粮钙磷比例升高有上升趋势 ;同一钙磷比例组中日粮钙磷绝对量不同 ,各组血清钙浓度之间差异不显著 ,在高比例组随绝对量的增加有上升的趋势。血清磷浓度的变化刚好相反。碱性磷酸酶活性在钙磷比例高组显著高于低组 ,同一比例组间无明显差异。在本试验中 ,各组血清肌酐的浓度无显著差异 ,在高钙磷比例组肌酐的浓度相对较高。血清的总蛋白 ,白蛋白浓度各组间无明显差异。 Objective\ In order to study the effect of diets with different contents and ratio of calcium and phosphorus on the blood chemistry of growing beagles.Method\ 28 growing beagles were randomly divided into 7 groups and raised on diets with composition meeting the GB and levels of Ca to P ratio 0.4∶1\,1.2∶1\,3.6∶1.Blood samples were collected by anterior leg vein at the end of trial,and the concentrations of serum calcium phosphorus Creatinine total protein albumin and the activity of alkaline phosphates were measured.Results\ Serum calcium concentrations were significantly greater in the group which has high ratio of calcium to phosphorus than the low one.The serum concentrations increase with the ratios of calcium to phosphorus,and there was not significant difference in the same ratio group.However the changes of the concentrations of serum phosphorus in all groups were opposite to calcium.The concentrations of the serum total protein albumin and creatinine showed no consistent different among the groups.
