摘要
目的 检测SPF级KM和NHI小鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三酯 (TG)值。方法 TC测定采用酶法 (终点法 CHO PAPMethod) ,TG测定采用酶法 (终点法 GPO PAPMethod)。结果 (1)雌性KM小鼠血清TC和TG值分别为(2 5 5± 0 4 5 )mmol L和 (0 96± 0 2 0 )mmol L ;(2 )雄性KM小鼠血清TC和TG值分别 (2 80± 0 4 5 )mmol L和 (0 78±0 17)mmol L ;(3)雌性NIH小鼠血清TC和TG值分别 (3 74± 0 5 6 )mmol L和 (2 19± 0 81)mmol L ;(4 )雄性NIH小鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (4 2 3± 0 77)mmol L和 (1 4 4± 0 5 5 )mmol L。结论 不同性别、不同品系的小鼠间的血清TC、TG值差异均有统计学意义 ,性别及品系对小鼠血清TC。
Objective\ To compare the Concertritions of total Cholesterol(TC) and Triglyceride(TG) in the KM and NIH mouse of SPF.Method\ CHO PAP Method was used to determine TC;GPO PAP Method was used to determine TG.Result\ (1)The result of the female KM mouse was TC:(2 55±0 45)mmol/L,TG:(0 96±0 20)mmol/L.(2)The result of the male KM mouse was.TC:(2 80±0.45)mmol/L,TG:(0 78±0 17)mmol/L.(3)The result of the female NIH mouse was TC:(3 74±0 56)mmol/L,TG:(2 19±0 81)mmol/L.(4)The result of the male NIH mouse was TC:(4 23±0 77)mmol/L,TG:(1 44±0 55)mmol/L.Conclusion\ Sex and strain could affect on TC and TG of mice.
