摘要 数字式光处理(DLP—Digitallightprocessing)投影显示技术的核心是数字微镜器件(DMD-Digitalmicromirrordevice),它是一种基于半导体制造技术,由高速数字式光反射开关阵列组成的器件,采用二进制脉宽调制技术能精确地控制光源。叙述了用于DLP投影系统的DMD的原理、制造、性能和特点。 The heart the DLP projection display is the digital micromirror device (DMD), which is a device consists of fast digital light reflective switches array. Based on semiconductor manufacture technology,light source is controlled using binary pulsewidth modulation technique. The principle, operation, perfor-mance, and advantages of DLP-based projection systems were described in this paper.
