摘要 介绍日本于2000年提出的综合利用通信、信息技术构件未来日本IT铁路系统研究计划———Cyber Rail。该系统是一个参考的模式,用以建立标准和通用的框架,其基本理念在于旅行的个性化服务。综合利用需求、车辆和线路类信息,实现联运旅客援助和个人导航、运输计划优化以及智能列车控制的功能;以连续定位、实时高效通讯、信息智能处理和分类管理、服务终端等为关键技术。目前已经完成用户需求、总体结构和Cyber Navi试验系统等若干基本技术及标准化问题的研究和建立。提出中国RITS中联运旅客智能导航、智能列车时刻表和基于安全的智能列车控制的研究内容及其可行性。 This paper introduces the research plan to construct the future IT railway system in Japan with communication and information technology in 2000. It should be a reference model and used to establish the standard and common architecture with an IT view point. Its basic concept is individualized information service in transit. This system utilizes integrated information concerning demand, carrier and route to realize such functions as assistance to inter-modal passengers and personal navigation, transportation plan optimization and intelligent train control. The key technologies of CyberRail include continuous positioning of passengers, highly available communication links, intelligent process and management of information, service terminals, etc. At present, research on user service, general structure frame, trial system entitled 'CyberNavi', basic technologies and standardization have been completed. The paper presents the research scope and the feasibility of RITS in China which relates to the intelligent navigation for Inter-modal passengers, intelligent train scheduling and safety-based intelligent train control.
