摘要
研究了地下卤水中Na+ /K+ 对中华绒螯蟹 (Eriocheirsinensis)幼体生长发育的影响以及幼体对人工海水盐度的适应性。结果表明 :随着地下卤水中Na +/K +的降低 ,中华绒螯蟹幼体存活率、变态率和体质量增长率逐渐升高,当地下卤水中的Na +/K +低于18.6时 ,中华绒螯蟹幼体的存活率、变态率和体质量增长率与海水对照相比差异不显著;人工海水盐度梯度设置为18~26,Z1→Z 2、Z 3→Z4、Z5→M各阶段不同处理组幼体存活率和体质量增长率差异显著 ,而变态率差异基本不显著 ,各阶段的最适盐度分别为20。
The effects of differing of Na+/K+ ratios of underground brine on the adap tability of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis) larva in artificial sea wate r was investigated. The results showed that the survival rate, metamorphism rate and weight gain of Chinese mitten crab larva increased gradually as the ratio o f Na+/K+ ;When the ratio of Na+/K+ was below 18.6, the difference in the su rvival rate, metamorphism rate and weight gain was not significant when compared to the control group in sea water. The salinity of artificial seawater ranged f rom 18 to 26. While the difference in the survival rate and weight gain of the l arva was significant in different treatments during Z 1 to Z 2, Z 3 to Z 4 and Z 5 to M period, it was not significant howere the metamorphism rate. The optim al salinity of each period was 20,22 and 20, respectively.
