摘要
分析了带钢层流冷却的传热过程 ,将相变潜热引入到层流冷却热过程数学模型 ,用过程模拟的方法研究了珠江钢厂 CSP热连轧层流冷却系统。讨论了喷水方式、喷嘴位置、板速和板厚对带钢温度场分布的影响。结果表明建立的模型对于珠钢 CSP热连轧层流冷却系统有较好的适应性 。
The heat transfer during runout table cooling in CSP mill is analyzed. The phase transformation latent heat is integrated into thermal simulation models, which has been developed by the Central Iron and Steel Research Institute(CISRI) and Zhujiang Iron and Steel Company ,etc. The models developed can be used to investigate the effect of cooling patterns, water jet height, strip velocity and strip thickness on the temperature distribution of steel strip. Predicted temperature was compared with measured one and it showed there is a good agreement between predicted temperature and measured temperature. The simulation can help steel makers to understand the process better.
