摘要
螺旋孔型斜轧是一种轴类零件成形新工艺 ,具有效率高、质量好、材料利用率高等优点。由于变形机理特殊复杂 ,至今该技术只在形状简单零件上得到应用。轧制过程中 ,轧制直径压缩产生的非圆体积大小对解释轧件心部疏松原因、提高轧件尺寸精度、扩大斜轧技术应用具有重要的意义。轧件长径比是影响非圆体积的一个重要因素之一 ,采用数值模拟和实验相结合的方法 ,研究了轧件长径比对非圆体积的影响规律 ,模拟结果和实验结果吻合较好。
Skew rollng is a new shalft manufacturing technology. It has many virtues such as high productivity, high utilization ratio, good quality. For the deformation during rolling is complex and special, it can only be used in manufacturing simple parts now. Understanding the ono-column volume change due to reduction is a key factor to avoid central porosity cracks, improve the dimensional precision, and promote the application of skew rolling. The slenderness ratio of the workpiece is an important factor for non-column volume. A method combining numerical simulation with experiment is used to study non-column volume change at different slenderness ration and the results of experiments are in good agreement with that of numerical simulation.
